In the case of big companies or distributors, you can contact us via email (info@lactotex.com) so that we can give you a tailored quote. Our website prices include all fees except those relating to customs.
Shipments
All shipments will be sent on a daily basis.
Once the order has been placed, it takes it one day to be prepared. Orders will be shipped the day after the order is done (from Monday to Friday).
All shipments will be sent by SEUR Courier Company (DPD Group). The company will send customers a link by email and/or sms, through which they can track the order throughout the whole delivery process.
Delays may occur in case we need to investigate possible errors made during the purchase process or any other irregularity. To avoid delays, please make sure you confirm the accuracy of all billing and shipping information.

The next day, after the date of shipment. Deliveries take 2 to 3 working days.
– Andorra:
The next day, after the date of shipment. Deliveries take 2 to 3 working days.
– Shipments to the Canary Islands:
The next day, after the date of shipment. Deliveries take 8 to 11 working days.
For orders within the European Union (except Portuguese, French and Italian islands, as well as Switzerland and Norway):
Standard Courier: The next day, after the date of shipment. Deliveries take 3 to 9 working days (depending on the distance of the destination country from Barcelona).
Express Courier: The next day, after the date of shipment. Deliveries take 48 to 72 hours (weekdays).
For international orders outside the European Union:
Standard Courier: The next day, after the date of shipment. Deliveries take 5 to 30 working days depending on destination.
Express Courier: The next day, after the date of shipment. Deliveries take 2 to 9 working days depending on destination.
Important: In delivery estimates, the day the order is shipped, all weekends and some local and / or national holidays must be excluded.
Shipping options and rates for web orders
Torné Textil S.L. (Lactotex) provides courier service by SEUR (DPD Group). It should be taken into account that delivery dates are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders.
Delays may occur in case we need to verify your order or due to adverse weather conditions. Delays might also be due to customs or transport carrier.
The tracking information will be sent to the client by the courier company via email. Anyway, the customer can always check the shipping status in his account on our website (for registered users).
Import duties and taxes
Please, take into account that international orders may be subject to certain customs import duties and taxes imposed on delivery by the customer’s country. These charges are not included in the prices and shipping costs that appear in Lactotex.
As an importer of the goods, the client must comply with local laws and regulations and pay all duties, taxes and fees. Therefore, we recommend that you contact the appropriate local customs office to obtain an estimate of taxes and duties applicable to the delivery and to get more information on that issue.

You can choose one of the following payment modalities. Please note that according to the payment option chosen, there may be some extra charge on shipping costs:

Exchanges and Returns
Returns
If you are not satisfied with the product you have bought, you may return it and choose between an exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping charges) within 15 days after purchase. The products must be returned unused, in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
It is important that, upon receiving the order, you first check the shipment carefully and make sure it is in good condition. If you notice any loss or damage, please contact us immediately on the same day via email at info@lactotex.com, sending us photographs of the damage and reporting any visible defects on the delivery note. No refunds for transportation defect are accepted past 24 hours of delivery.
Return Instructions
For returns, please follow the following instructions:
As a first step, the return is to be notified by email to the address info@lactotex.com with the corresponding reason.
The easiest way to return the goods is by mail or through any transport company to our address (the shipping cost must have been prepaid by the customer). If you prefer that we collect the goods, you simply have to contact us so that we send a messenger. The price of this service will be covered by the customer, who shall pay the courier at the time of collection.

Exchanges
Following the same policy as on refunds, all items can be exchanged, except in the case of a product exclusively manufactured for the customer.
Exchanges are possible provided that the product has not been used and it has been kept in its original packaging. Changes are to be notified by email to the address info@lactotex.com. The customer can place another order on the website for the right item. The same driver delivering your new order will pick up the item(s) to be returned.
Refund of the purchase
To process the refund of your purchase, all products must be returned in their original packaging, unaltered and including all labels. Fabrics mustn’t have been washed or used or stained.
Torné Textil S.L. will not accept items returned in unsellable condition.
Once we receive the product and check its good condition, we will credit the corresponding amount to the account number you provide us within 3 to 7 days.
We remind you that the shipping charge is not refundable.

lactotex.cat /lactotex.es / lactotex.fr / lactotex.com / lactotex.de are free access and visit websites to all Internet users older than 16 years, with no need of registering until the start of a purchase.
People who wish to receive periodically in their email offers and discounts may accept this special feature at the time of registration. The frequency of information mailing about offers or products is not described in the conditions of use, but won’t exceed one mailing per day. Prices

In case of a dispute arising from these general conditions and for the resolution of conflicts, the parties submit, by free choice, to the sole jurisdiction of the Courts of the domicile of Torné Textil S.L.
